Castillo Regional is a noble and versatile coffee, cultivated in the mountains of Sevilla, Valle del Cauca, by the Rendón Bedoya family, who preserve the traditional coffee heritage of the region. This excelso is balanced and reliable, with warm, sweet notes that make it ideal for daily drinking or for accessible specialty coffee lines.
In the cup, you’ll find notes of panela, honey, soft cacao, and hazelnut, with medium–low acidity and a creamy body.
